New American Family Advisors exists because immigrant families deserve Medicare guidance they can trust — and because the agents who serve them deserve real support.
Our Mission
Trust across languages and generations
Medicare is complicated for everyone. For immigrant seniors and the adult children who help them, it's often navigated across language barriers, cultural expectations, and unfamiliar systems — usually by a family member acting as translator, researcher, and advocate all at once.
NAFA brings together mission-driven agents who understand these families because, in many cases, they come from them. We train, equip, and support agents so that every immigrant family has someone in their corner who truly gets it.
